I was surprised that no one has asked this. What is the best brand of Soy free, fair trade dark chocolate bar? (At least 75% and above) I know of the Dagoba bar. Pretty damn pricey though and does it make anyone else think of Star Wars? At least that's how I pronounce it!

Sunspire is hands down the best chocolate I've had. I eat the 100% alone and it tastes creamy and sweet. I dont know how they do it! It is also fair-trade. |

I just discovered Trader Joes has an Organic Belgian Dark Chocolate bar, that is soy free, dairy free and Fair Trade. It is 72% Cacao and I think its only $2 a bar or maybe $3. It actually tastes good too. I have also heard good things about THEO brand, but it is pretty$$ |

Raaka is lovely - contains no soy and they are very responsible with their business practices. Also they roast at very low temps or not at all, so the flavor is incredible. Find it at Whole Foods (it's in the cheese & olive section of my local), or can order online. |

Check out L'Amourette Chocolat. It's soy lecithin free and made from finest Venezuelan beans. |

Green & Black is not soy free. I was in the grocery store the other day and read every single chocolate bar label. They all contain soy lecithin. The Trader Joe's chocolate that I have tried also has this soy lecithin in it. Beware. |
