If I know that I'm going to be tight on time I'll premake meals the week before and freeze them. This works great for meals where making one or thirty of a food item takes the same amount of time, like omelette muffins, paleo meat loaf, and oven cooked bacon. I also try keep some fresh greens on hand that steam well so you can chuck it into a microwaveable container. Just because you're involved in the "paleo" lifestyle doesn't mean you can't use modern conveniences like microwaves, and freezers. |

Try to cook fresh ingredients. This is a big part of paleo. If it comes in a box....try not to eat it. |
