If I had to choose one, I'd say pork rinds.
Find a pork rind brand that is just pork skin (optionally some salt). Ideally, it'd be from a non-convetional farm, but that's unlikely. On the positive side, they are extremely easy to find - even in cheap stores and bodegas.
High in oleic and stearic acids, collagen (and other skin-sourced proteins), but watch the salt that's added. Overall, a pretty benign snack.
They are also much less expensive than nearly all of the "Paleo^TM" types products you'll find these days.
If I added more options, I'd say a nice whole fruit every so often.
How about people answer the question that was asked, instead of offering judgmental, condescending "advice." Only the newest of newbies hasn't figured out that you can eat convenient things such as hard boiled eggs and fruit as portable snacks. Given the fact that she knows about Steve's and Primal Pacs, there is no way she is new to Paleo. Really now.
I'm guessing the OP has a specific reason to be asking about "commercial snack products." Market research, maybe?
