I found tilapia fillets majorly on sale yesterday, and had to cook it all before it went bad. Now I have no idea what to do with all of this leftover fish. Pre-Paleo, I definitely would have gone with fish tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...now I'm sort of at a loss.

Any creative ideas on how to use up all of this amazingness?

I was thinking soup, maybe? – Dave S. Aug 3 at 19:18

Cover it with a heavy layer of butter and spices, and enjoy the taste of...the butter and spices.

Tilapia is the blandest, tastes-like-nothing fish I've ever eaten. Its main market must be people who don't like fish that smell or taste like fish.

Put it on a salad. I'd try it in eggs too, but I'll eat almost anything in eggs

Fish Curry!! Coconut milk and curry taste & veggies. Fab for leftover seafood.

I like it with broccoli and butter. But next time, just freeze it, unless it's been previously frozen :) You can even cook it from frozen, no need to thaw.

Scramble it in some eggs and lots of butter. The eggs and butter should mask the taste.

Seriously though, fish and eggs do rock together. – scottts Aug 3 at 20:53
"...should mask the taste." What taste? I thought tilapia was the tofu of the water. – Christopher Gagnon Aug 4 at 0:45
I think it kinda tastes like mud. – scottts Aug 4 at 2:31
