So I was at the Doctor today (cardiologist) who was investigating why my heart rate was 35. After a long talk and some tests, he said I was just in good shape. Before sending me on my merry way, he said almost script-like "Keep exercising, and eat a healthy diet that consists of low sodium, low cholesterol, low fat, and high fiber". I smiled, and said yes sir (while thinking of downing my morning cup with heavy cream and pastured butter)
