i am always on my feet and moving around at work, and my shifts are 5 or 8 hours long. now that i am Paleo i can withstand hunger and not feel light headed. i am wondering if it is better to fast during my work time and eat after work (rather than during breaks). i feel like eating quickly and getting back to work means my digestive system won't get the opportunity to "rest and digest". i don't want to be stressing out my digestive system, so is it better to fast and wait until downtime to eat?

I'd say IF is fine for that short of a shift. See how it goes for you. |
