How much fat is necessary to take full advantage of fat soluble vitamins like A, K, E, D...ect? Does the fat and vitamin have to be in your stomach at the same time? Or is it the amount of dietary fat overall in your body?

For example; is it recommended that you eat olive oil/coconut oil with all your spinach and sweet potatoes? Or will the high fat breakfast I had 7 hours ago be enough?

I ask this because I want to eat foods like sweet potatoes and spinach after my workouts with low fat for muscle growth.
