Hey based on my eating habits I have no trouble with carbs, as they naturally fall within the 80-110 range most of the time.time. But the issue is: my protein levels often shoot up past 150g from eating eggs, tuna, sardines,chicken, or ground beef. As they are foods I like. on a 2150 calorie diet with fat averaging 100-120B.C. Is this way too much protein? I eat avocados all the time and try to add days such as butter to my meals when I can. But excessive adding of fat often makes me feel unwell.
Any tips, warnings or ideas?
