i been eating kale, spinach, carrots and sweet potatos as main vegetable sources.
i eat around 200 g of kale or spinach plus 200g of carrots everyday.
how bad is this?
i have realized less energy and skin being a itchy on neck and upper eye lids. any connection?

Are you cooking all your veggie or are you eating some of them raw? I found that I'm allergic to raw carrots. But when I cook or stir-fry them in butter they are all good. Suggest your properly wash and cook your veggies to get rid of the allergens.
How bad is it? Not bad at all. But since you're having problems the first thing I would do is find out whether it's the carrots or the kale that's causing the problem. Have a day where you only eat one or the other. Or perhaps it's something else entirely, but you won't know until you isolate them.
