Okay, so, a bit of info before I dive in. I'm 16, 17 on July 27th, weigh 110 to 120 pounds (old scale vs new scale, new diet vs old diet; i was still very slender in the old, junky diet. Fast metabolism, resilient stomach), and am about 5'8". Natural blonde, blue eyed, fair skinned with the ability to get Native American tan, if that holds some key to the situation. My grandfather had hypoglycemia AND hyperglycemia, my uncle has diabetes, and my dad's family has some sort of sensitivity to sugar. He falls asleep (quite quickly. I came downstairs and found him asleep at the table with half a Pay Day in his hand once), my grandmother and I get sick (except she tolerates honey while it makes me way sicker than regular sugar), and my sister and her two kids get very sick with any kind of sugar (I'm not sure about fruits, actually; but her son throws up repeatedly after eating any kind of dessert, even just a piece of pie). I'm also known to be allergic to penicillin, dust, have acne that gets moderate to clear depending on diet (which I still can't figure out), and know that salicylic acid, and maybe salicylates in general, don't agree with me.
Now that that's out of the way, I'm in a bit of a situation. I've been paleo for about two months, more along the lines of Primal (Mark's Daily Apple), and "lacto paleo". My first day, I didn't play around, dove straight into it. Ate lots of "good" stuff. Eggs, a green smoothie of spinach and strawberries, a salad of spring greens, mushrooms, bell peppers, chicken or turkey (can't remember now), nuts, and a fresh, homemade balsamic vinaigrette from one of the paleo sites, and scrambled eggs with a bowl of cut up strawberries and blueberries for dinner. At first it was great, but I started feeling kind of bad as the day went on. Within two minutes of eating those last berries, I felt like someone had kicked me with steel boots. I felt HORRIBLE. I couldn't even finish the berries. I went to bed feeling pretty bad and woke up with a swollen mouth, tongue, and throat, a body made of lead, zapped energy, headache, nausea, couldn't stand up straight without getting a very sharp, stabbing pain in my abdomen, had a gray haze over my eyes and in my head, and generally felt horrible. I thought I was going to die or needed to go to the hospital. By the end of the day I was bleeding "down south", way to early, and a bit painfully. I researched and came up with the possibility of salicylate sensitivity. I basically ate crackers that day, non paleo, for fear of sealing my demise. Gluten never really bothered me, to my knowledge, so I didn't feel bad at all over the crackers, aside from guilt of going off the diet. Speeding along, I didn't go to the doctor and recovered in a couple days, trying steamed broccoli along the way (and paying heavily for it after two pieces. Killer nausea, stomach pain, loudly upset stomach, etc). So I was very careful for a while, basically eating meat or drinking milk when I was hungry, but avoiding grains, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Slowly, I started eating fruits and veggies again. Originally, they always made me extremely hungry after eating them, or a little nauseous, but then they started making me feel more sick and sent me running to the bathroom for "stomach pains" after a couple bites, whether they were cooked or uncooked, with meat or without meat, anything. I pondered fructose malabsorption. Fast forward again, three weeks ago, I started getting itchy. Mainly an itchy scalp, but I'd (unsuccessfully) tried "no poo" the two weeks before with egg yolk and lemon juice, then given up because it made my curly hair straight, straw like, and my hair was falling out in clumps, so I assumed it was just dry. Well, I was out of town on and off for two weeks, eating hotel bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs every morning with milk, and my orignally clear (for the moment) skin started reacting and I started getting more itchy, spreading to my face. I suspected lice or demodex mites but couldn't find any evidence of the former. Well, came home the first time, cleared up almost fully, but ate lots of leftovers, cheese, lunch meat (cheated, admittedly), etc, and by the end of the week (set to go to Mississippi on Monday) was in full blown reaction (acne) on my face again, and was itching on my face, head, neck, ears, chest, arms, stomach, randomly, especially just after eating, and almost constantly on my face and scalp. I couldn't figure out what was going on, and was really stressing over the desire to go get tested, which only broke me out worse. DId the same bacon, egg, sausage thing in Mississippi, broke out worse, but also was itching like I had some kind of hybrid, fiery poison ivy almost every time I ate, like with grilled chicken (admittedly on the road from mcdonalds, as my family isn't paleo and it was the best I was going to get for hours), leftover hamburger with mustard, and generally anything. Except I researched again and tried going more low histamine with more success, less itching, but still getting more reactive with things. Currently, eating fruits or vegetables, cooked OR raw, make me feel very, very sick, except for grapes, which make me feel light headed and incoherent, and even "safe" foods, like cantaloupe and squash (steamed), give me an upset stomach, nausea, and a hot fever within minutes, often while I'm still eating them. Even eggs and milk, which were normally fine (except I had a natural limit on eggs, or I'd get nauseous), gave me a gurgly stomach. My drink of milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinammon, and nutmeg gave me major cramps (like the honey milk i used to drink, which i realized broke me out veryy badly, worse than sugar), and sent me to the bathroom again. Basically, I'm not sure what to do or what's wrong. I'm getting a doctor's appointment soon, to be referred to an allergist at Vandy (thank you, Dad, for overruling my stubborn mother), but until then, what am I supposed to eat? I worry that grapes break me out, and because so many things make me sick or itchy, I don't know what to eat or what will break me out with my newfound sensitivity. So, until the appointment, do you all have any suggestions as to what to eat, what I should be tested for when I go to the doctor/allergist, what may be wrong with me, or any personal experiences? Sorry for the epically long novel, I'm just stressed out and anxious and would like as closely relative help as possible until I can go get tested for allergies, intolerances, or whatever else may be the issue. I am so glad you are seeing a doc. I can't emphasize this enough. We are not doctors and though we may make some helpful suggestions, you do need medical care for this.
At 110 lbs and 5"8, you are very very light. Please be honest (at least with yourself) about if you've struggled with an eating disorder. If you've avoided eating foods for a while, it would explain why you are having trouble digesting everything. I speak from a bit of experience on this- I went ultra low cal stupidly and ate 4-600 cals a day and was barely 100 lbs. I started to have a really hard time digesting things. I developed an ulcer at 21, and was in constant agony like you when I ate anything... Anyhow, enough about me.
I suspect you may be allergic to eggs.
Keep a diary of what you eat, and try to limit the number of different foods you eat atone, while eating as much as you want or can to satisfy you. This might mean simple salads of lettuce and broiled fish or chicken with olive oil and lemon for one meal, or hamburger meat and sweet potatoes. If you know you can tolerate rice, eat that too.

You obviously have some sort of inflammatory condition in your bowels that you need to adress. Stay away from the vegetables and all fiber for now and stick to the animal products. Also there's no need to be eating such a huge variety of food daily. Your body probably has no idea what's going on.
You can at a varied diet, but keep it simple whenever possible.
A cassein or egg sensitivity contributing to gut permeability seems most likely. Gluten sensitivity is also highly likely and often the symptoms are not noticeable until an elimination. None of these will necessarily show up on a blood test. So:
-- Eliminate each for 40 days.
-- Rechallenge with each separately, several days apart. Reintroduce each twice. The second time three days after the first.
-- Drink a quart of a gut healing infusion daily -- equal parts Marsh Mallow root or Slippery Elm bark, Plantain leaf, and Calendula flower
-- Take large doses of probiotics not grown in dairy or soy cultures
