I'm having some co-workers over for a Christmas party and none of them are paleo. I need some ideas for some good paleo finger foods. I'm thinking deviled eggs, meatballs, some veggies...What are your favorites?

I made these "Fudge Babies" at my last Paleo Potluck and they were a big hit. They're made of dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, and vanilla. |

You might consider making them some potatoes or rice to give them their carb fix. They are not paleo and would probably experience carb withdrawal or even potentially low blood sugar if withdrawn quickly from carbs. I don't see any point in subjecting them to potential low carb withdrawal or cravings unless they actually intended to go through with it all the way. |

Flank steak done the day before, covered in chimichuri sauce ( olive oil, cilantro, garlic, spices, lime juice) and refrigerated. Cut into strips or squares and skewer with a bamboo cocktail toothpick. |

I know strict Paleos aren't into the Paleo baking, but this is a pretty basic recipe and everyone I've made them for loved them. Paleo or not. I added pecans and cinnamon to taste in some of the batches or dark chocolate chips. Ingredients
Directions Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. |
