I'm looking for whole food, bio available supplements for B-complex and Omega-3.

Where do you order yours from?

Thanks,

Jonathan

I love the deal I found on Omega 3 (PCB & mercury free). Nature's Way Efa Gold Mega-DHA Fish Oil. 2 soft gels provide 1400mg of omega 3 & 1000mg of that is DHA! On Amazon it is only $10.57 for a bottle of 60 softgels. I chose the "Subscibe & Save" option for a discount. They automatically send me 1 bottle every month. (Sorry I don't know the monetary conversions from US dollars)

I'm in the USA, but I order my Omega 3 from New Zealand:

I can get decent supplements from Holland & Barratt, but if I've got time (to wait for the overseas delivery) I order from iHerb in the US - for more choice and (often) better quality or value.
