HI guys! im from italy and im 18 years old! I've been an ibs sufferer (c&d) for a lot years , 8 or 9 !
Once I discovered the paleo diet , the gluten damages , the dairies/sugars/legumes damages , and once I've eliminated potatoes , my ibs is 90% gone , and this in very good for me!
I've never ate fruit in my life , and the same for the vegetables , in fact I just eat carrots ( a lot ) and 0 kind of fruit!
1 month ago I tried to eat blueberries but I had a lot of gas after it , so I stopped.
I don't understand why. I eat a lot of dark chocolate everyday and it don't causes me gas , so why some natural bluberries do it? maybe bluebberies contains more sugars then some dark chocolate?
I'D like some advices! and last thing , in my opinion , gluten/dairies combined with fodmaps , are the real causes of that pain that medicians calls IBS.
