does it matter if you do a carb refeed at night or in the morning? because i plan on fasting for 28-30 hours, and i have a long 2 hour WOD tommarrow. any advice is much appreciated

From what I have been readying lately, the refeed is basically done for the next days workout. So after a challenging workout, do the refeed later in the evening to refill the muscles for action the next day. The latest Paleo Solution Podcast went into pretty good detail on it as did a recent post from a few days ago.
