I recently started IF and love it. I feel like i have tons of energy during the day. I train at 11:00 and eat my first meal at about two. I still have a small whey shake post workout however. Wondering who likes to carb refeed postworkout or wait until night? I love how carbs at night help me sleep but i also feel like when i eat 150 g of carbs postworkout I would build the most muscle. Thx

My suggestion is to have the PWO carbs and a small amount of carbs(such as a small piece of fruit) at night.

Try to determine the minimum amount of carbs that you need to help you sleep.

I fast 8pm-12pm, train at 11am, and eat two equal (big) meals, one immediately post workout and one at 8pm, both high carb and lowfat lean meat; leangains.

Rest days same thing just no carbs higher fat.

PWO carbs feel awesome. Evening carbs help sleep. Why pick one or the other?
