I've been paleo for about a month now but in the beginning i wasnt super strict withmy carb intake. I wasnt eating a lot of carbs but i would still have ice cream and sweet potatoes and beer (on my cheat day). For the last week i've cut out all carbs except for veggie and nut carbs: spinach, carrots, broccoli, almonds, hemp seeds, coconut flour, flax seed. These i use in protein smoothies.

The last week ive been more tired, brain fogged, edgy, and suffered from a constant headache and some gut issues. Is this the low carb flu ppl talk about?

Do i stick with it? Add in more carbs? When do i know if i am fat adapted???

I have added in bacon on more olive oil for fat but dont notice much of a difference. My protein has been: beef, bacon, tuna, muscles, chicken and turkey.

Keto flu can take up to two weeks to fully dissipate.

Relax. Be patient. You'll go into ketosis eventually, trust me. If you want it to happen faster, switch out your olive oil for coconut oil; for some reason it facilitates the process.
