Im 26 years old, ex soldier and have been letting my body down ever since I left the Military. Came across Paleo diet on the web and said to my self I need to try this, but easy and not too strict. I started off today, don't feel hungry or anything but have diarrhea like a mad cow!
This is what I had today (only 2 meals)
breakfast/lunch: 100gr of sliced salmon 4 rice crisps A medium sized bowl of Parsley with a tiny onion, tea spoon of olive oil and half a lemon lunch/dinner: Two small Tuna cans with seaweed (two leafs-the ones for sushi) In between I had - Goji Berries, walnuts, almonds and raisins (maybe two handfuls max). Lots of water and a tea to finish the day.
Is the diarrhea because of the quick change in nutrition and my body is adjusting or anything im doing wrong? Thanks!
