I'm dealing with acne and very bad seb dermatitis and i want to try an internal antibiotic

coconut oil, coconut flesh(both young and mature) have done nothing

Oregano as a crude herb in capsul but not an oil, I might try.

Any suggestions?

	Would a surface treatment work? Gotta warn you, oregano oil can be more harsh than targeted antibiotics. – Happy Now Sep 5 at 20:54

A few recommendations for anti biotics which you can further research:

-Organic Manuka Honey (i prefer wedderspoon brand, 16+) -Authentic Sidr Honey (sourced from yemen) -raw garlic -turmeric - Also in particular for your condition, Thyme! please see link below

put garlic through a garlic press and let it sit for about ten minutes than swig it down with a glass of water
