I am following Robb Wolf's autoimmune protocol due to health reasons. It is mine and my partners anniversary next week.

I would like to cook for us both but really could do with some ideas as to what I could make? I struggle to find recipes at the best of times and usually eat really simple meals on a day to day basis.

Any tips or ideas would be most welcomed. :-)

The authors of How to Eat Like a Dinosaur have great recipes on their Pinterest, with one board focusing on #AIpaleo. https://pinterest.com/PaleoParents/autoimmune-paleo/ You can also link to it from their FB page. http://www.facebook.com/PaleoParents

I follow the autoimmune protocol, and cooked for our last anniversary meal. I made fillet mignon, sear-roasted (seared for a couple minutes in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven for about 5 minutes). I sauteed some mushrooms and fresh sage in coconut oil and served that on top of the meat. You can do any fancy veggies on the side, cooked in coconut oil or make a little autoimmune pesto (just posted a recipe for that on my blog which is linked in my profile). Broccolini, green beans, etc. Then do a nice salad and a starchy vegetable (sweet potato, beets, etc) and you should be set!

It might be a bit late for your anniversary dinner but I have been posting some really tasty autoimmune friendly recipes on my blog recently.

I am in Australia so just remember that all of my measurements are in Metric. mammothkitchen.com.au
