I generally do my WOD in the morning, and then rush off to work with little time to get ready. I make egg cupcakes and hard boiled eggs for something quick those mornings, but does anyone have other ideas for grab and go?

You can find smoked salmon which is a great breakfast with the eggs. If you do dairy, Greek yogurt with blueberries. Also bananas are decent. |

Cut up a few pieces of chicken breast put them into a grinder along with your favorite spices. Blend until its gotten into a paste like mixture. On a seperate stove make a filling, this could be anything. I usual cook up some mushrooms olives and bell peppers in coconut/olive oil. Get a large piece of foil spread the chicken mixture on to the foil , spread the filling and roll it into a sandwich looking wrap. These can be stored for a few days in the freezer. When it's time to eat, put it into the oven for 10 minutes or so and cut them up in pieces. What I usually do is make about 3-4 rolls on the weekend put them in the freezer and whenever I am in a hurry, I get a great breakfast/lunch in a matter of few minutes. To give you and idea of what it looks like... |

Pemmican is good for any time if you need food on the go. It's also 'super food' to some people. |

Leftovers are one of my favorites, any leftovers. Sliced steak, chicken, or pork chops, cooked ahead and kept in the fridge. A lettuce wrap with any filling you like and made the night before. |

I can't eat eggs, and my breakfast is quick and very packable - a sliced banana, berries, big wallop of almond/hazelnut butter all mixed together (like a bowl of "cereal") and a glass of kefir on the side. |

Egg cupcakes sound great! Please post recipe. I know this is non-Paleo, but it's my "cheat" once in a blue moon, and at least it's only 4g effective carbs: Quest Vanilla Almond Crunch bar. Whopping 18g fibre, and I think it's delicious. 360mg sodium from sea salt, so good for post work-out. 9g fat though, which is too high post-workout right?, 20g protein. |

I will have a banana muffin recipe that I can grab on the go. Almond flour based, great on the go with a cup of coffee. I also used to keep a bag of cooked bacon in the fridge, grab bacon and muffin with the coffee and out the door I'd go. |
