H everyone , I'm in paleo cause my ibs and I have to say that without sugars/cereals/dairies/legumes my guts are very better , but I like almonds , but there's a problem. If I eat 5--6 almonds it's ok , If I eat a little more , like 15-16 , then the day after I'll get FOR SURE diarrhea , I noticed it everytime! and on the diarrhea there's pieces of almonds...
Someone can tell me wh? I should stop eat it?
