7 % body fat percentage would correlate with small fat tissue and large muscle tissue in body. Does it mean a higher lipid and glucose circulation in blood stream after a meal, as the body can not store considerable amount of energy in fat cells? Or it can be stored as Glycogen in lever and muscle tissue?

No. Your body fat is the amount of fat you currently have stored. It has nothing to do with whether and to what extent you can store body fat (take it from me I went from 35% to 10% bf. I can definitely store more than I currently have). Loosing weight has been correlated to higher lipid circulation, but that ends when the weight loss ends.
