Chia Seeds are awesome!! I used to give Cherubs beards and hairy chests. I don't suspect that is what you were asking though.

Man, people taking eating seriously, seriously. What is funny is I used to sneak chia seeds into people's sandwiches and they universally spit it out and tried to kick my ass. Now people are doing it willingly. It's weird. It's like flax...stuff used to be flooring, now it's food, who knew? – Satchmo Sep 17 at 0:18

Same as flax seeds in that the omega 3 in seeds looks good on paper but takes alot of extra effort for the body to digest Rather than omega from animal source. Your body wont digest near what u ingest from seed source, of the omega portion anyway.

I have a tbsp of them nearly every morning in my porridge and also regularly make my own protein/recovery bars with them in.
