Hi! I'm a seventeen year old girl, and I've read a LOT on paleo for the past year, although I haven't been strict paleo. I found a lot of excuses not to stick with it, but I don't really find myself WANTING to excuse it anymore. Anyways!
My biggest question is if it's possible to redistribute fat through eating paleo and exercising healthily. I am 5'8.5", 130 pounds. By no means do I look fat, however I seem to accumulate a thick layer of fat around my abdomen, which I understand to be caused by a number of factors, tying back into cortisol levels, stress, estrogen (i think... estradiol?) levels/xeno estrogens... So if I were to lessen environmental, emotional, and physical stressors, avoid xeno estrogens... And eat paleo, would this help me lose fat from my waist? This is partly aesthetic, but I also worry about having more fat around my waist than other parts of my body, for fertility (obviously in the future, not now) and health reasons.
If that's not enough, can anyone tell me what sort of plan could help me achieve my goal? If it's even possible...
Thank you in advance, I appreciate your feedback!
