Knowing the BulletProfexec's work on coffee and mycotoxins from quite a while, i'm already aware of the issues regarding mold formation and affordued mycotoxins. I've getting some organic central american whole beans(washed) from a national coffee importer, with reputable name. As it happens, i no longuer have the possibility to buy that coffee, in spite of loving it.
As it so, could you recomend any brand of whole bean roasted coffee from Iherb or another shop that ships to Europe at similar costs? i've found quite a few good brands, but in the end, the shipping costs outruns largely the cost of the coffee.
100% Arabica, Wet-processed, Central American(Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Nicarágua, México, etc), roasted anywhere from medium to dark(the darker, the bitter,the better) and whole bean so i can adjust the griding at home either for my french press, pot or dripper.

I would recommend coffee from El Salvador, is the best in the region, to my knowledge.

In fact, I think that Dave only recommends Central American as a proxy for high elevation. Also, he specifically does not recommend dark roasts, as this damages some of the antioxidants in coffee. He also mentions that dark roasting is correlated with lower quality beans, because the excessive roasting can be used to try to compensate for bad flavor or lack of flavor. I had to read through a lot of his responses in comments on various pages to piece all his coffee buying advice together.
A good source to fulfill those requirements is Paradise Coffee Roasters, and they ship to Europe for reasonable prices (unlike Dave's upgraded coffee, which would have cost me near $30 to ship a 12oz bag to Switzerland). They list the elevation that their beans come from and the processing method on most of the varieties.

Surprised that you can't find what you want in Europe. In any case, for your information you might want to look at the website of this company that imports coffee from Vietnam (now largest producer in the world after overtaking Brazil) Sumatra and Philippines. The photo of Vietnamese Robusta growing in the shade of avocado trees got me! And Robusta is the "secret ingredient" in Italian espresso which flavor I am guessing you probably like. They also have two other heirloom coffee species, Excelsa and Liberica. The Passiona Vietnamese blend is naturally low caffeine with a flavor so much like a mocha cocoa mix you can hardly believe it is only coffee beans.
