Possibly retinol (preformed vitamin A) and carbohydrates. Many people can do fine without much retinol by making it from beta-carotene. And many do fine without much carbs by making glucose from protein and fat. But some people should get the carbs or retinol (or both) they need from their diet.

The best sources of retinol are liver, eggs, and dairy fat. Carbs can be found in many things, but there's not much in meat and greens. Again, the necessity of these nutrients is variable, but certain people may suffer from not including them in their diet.

As far as vitamins and minerals, I think you'd be alright. Calcium might be low though, since the bioavailability of the higher calcium greens like spinach is very poor.
