Here are a list of supplements/vitamins/etc. that I take daily and are recommended to take with food:
- Omega 3s
- Multi-Vitamin
- Extra Vitamin D (sometimes Vitamin C)
- Super Enzymes (just started)
- Probiotic
I don't eat breakfast much and I'd rather not bring a bunch of pills like these to work for my lunch hour..so I usually take after dinner.
My questions is, is it ok to take so many at once? Do they lose effectiveness or conflict with each other by dumping all down my throat within a 5 minute period?
