Here are a list of supplements/vitamins/etc. that I take daily and are recommended to take with food:
I don't eat breakfast much and I'd rather not bring a bunch of pills like these to work for my lunch hour..so I usually take after dinner.
My questions is, is it ok to take so many at once? Do they lose effectiveness or conflict with each other by dumping all down my throat within a 5 minute period?
Fat soluble vitamins and supplements should ideally be taken with a fatty meal for best absorption. Multivitamins are best absorbed on an empty stomach but often they can cause an upset stomach. If so, then it's ok to take them with food. I would take the enzymes before a meal so they can do their job (break down proteins) and the probiotic should probably be taken on an empty stomach or with a light meal so that they can stick to your gut.
Like daz said, follow the instructions on the bottle.
the multi has both fat and water soluble vitamins in it (A,D,E,K)... hence why your D says take with food.
that the rest say take with food to avoid the chance of feeling sick due to taking them on an empty stomach. i usually puke if i take a multi in the morning.
