It's weird for me anyway. No, I'm not pregnant.
Anyway, the problem is that I have issues with both eggs and casein, so eggs are out. This leaves me with vegan fare, and all the paleo stuff is inadequate in protein. I know some people are good with edamame, but I can't eat that more than maybe twice a week as I have a mild allergy to it too.

I'm eating some meat, but nowhere near as much. So, what vegetables actually have the most protein? What nuts are highest in protein? I believe it's peanuts, but they aren't a nut!
Any clever ideas for a probably temporary meat aversion?
