Do contemporary hunter gatherers share similar sleeping patterns? Or can anyone share any specific information of a particular groups sleep schedules?

Do they typically go to bed X hours after sunset, and if so when?

Do they typically get up X hours after sunrise, and if so when?

How long do they sleep for on average?

Thanks.

Older migratory snow birds often go to bed around 9PM, about 2 hours after sunset, and arise about 7AM which is close to sunrise, getting a whopping 10 hours sleep less the hour or two lost nightly due to dogs barking or fireworks going off.

Younger migratory snow birds usually last until 10PM or 11PM and wake up between 5 AM and 7AM to let the dogs out to pee.
