I know that a lot of times we on paleohacks describe our problems and ask for hacks on how to solve them. Well what is the ideal, the typical and normal day that we should strive for. Can anyone who has gone from health problems to healthful describe their day and how they feel throughout? I always find it helpful to compare pathology to healthful reality, so any help/anecdotes is greatly appreciated!

I slept for at least eight hours (usually nine), wake up and have a good bowel movement (maybe two) within 1 hour of waking. I feel as full of energy as any other time in the day, perhaps even more energized. I have a small hot coffee (which is not needed for the bowel movement). I don't eat until lunch time and have no ravenous hunger, although of course there's nothing wrong with getting excited to eat. I eat and go abou my day. I have no problem with energy after lunch (though if I have the day off an afternoon nap is a nice joy!). Prepare and eat dinner slowly and methodically. – ben61820 Sep 26 at 13:02
