Hi all, I am looking for the most nutritious paleo foods that are reasonably priced, require little to no prep time, and will fill all of my vitamin/mineral needs. Easy digestion is also a must I am not keen on dried or frozen foods. Lastly, I am not looking to eat massive amounts of vegetables and don't like leafy greens much.
Some foods that I been considering include raw egg yolks, milk/kefir, creamed coconut, salmon sashimi, and raw liver.
What other convenient, fast-prep foods would you add to this list in order to achieve optimal nutrition. Also, what are you thoughts on not eating much fruits and vegetables and basing a diet around animal foods and coconut.
