Go for the pollock. That seems more special than a regular ol' can of salmon that you can have any day. |

Pollock and white fish in general are low in fat and omega-3. The canned salmon would be higher in omega-3. However both contain unique nutrients. I would go for the pollock personally, just 'cause I like fresh fish and (like the other person said) you can get canned salmon any time. You can use cronometer to compare the nutrient profiles. |
