Which one is better in terms of omega 3, toxins, nutrients, price? Wild Alaskan Keta salmon canned with bpa or wild Alaskan Pollock preserved with salt

Go for the pollock. That seems more special than a regular ol' can of salmon that you can have any day.

Pollock and white fish in general are low in fat and omega-3. The canned salmon would be higher in omega-3. However both contain unique nutrients. I would go for the pollock personally, just 'cause I like fresh fish and (like the other person said) you can get canned salmon any time.

You can use cronometer to compare the nutrient profiles.
