Okay I love water but what other nonalcoholic drinks are okay to do? I know I can spruce water up but sometimes I want a little something different. Would home made iced green tea lightly sweetened with honey or unsweetned even be okay? Any other suggestions would be great.

Tea is good, so is unsweetened raw kombucha. A dash of apple cider vinegar and a touch of honey in warm water is nice too. – Dan Sep 30 at 19:00

Tea and Coffee are fine. If you don't do caffiene, there are plenty of decent decaf versions. No prblem putting them in teh fridge and making "iced" versions. I like to brew my iced tea with a lemon or some rasberries for a hint of sweetness.

Also you can do vergetable juice -- make your own, or even V8 in a pinch.

Carbonated water with a lemon slice. Water kefir. Coconut water. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Green tea. You can put cucumber slices in a pitcher of ice water and it is very refreshing.

Buy some water kefir crystals. I've been making it for a couple of weeks now. So far, I've had the best luck with a lemon ginger recipe.

My daily staples include: a mug of bone broth, ice water with mint leaves, decaf bulletproof coffee, tea and kombucha. All delicious with my tongue!
