Does animal fat help you sleep better?

Yes, animal fat helps me sleep while coconut oil destroys my sleep. I cook with pastured lard in the evenings because I'm so sensitive to the coconut oil now, it's crazy. I sleep amazingly well after eating animal fat.

I dunno. Animal fat gives me energy throughout the day, so I like to eat it in the morning. What about you? Does animal fat help YOU sleep better? Let us know how the experiment goes.
