just finished a w30 and it was pretty awesome. (cooking was a pita though)
i was feeling mellow, calm, and mentally and emotionally... smooth and stable. so fast forward and i ate my first bowl of white rice yesterday and im feeling edgy and kind of nervous. i cant put my finger on it.. but i have to say it's not calm and smooth. i feel aggressive.
i didnt think it would have this affect on me. has anyone felt like this before?
i would appreciate any insight. this doesnt feel good. :(
Not sure what you did to yourself, I truly hope you didn't just eat an entire pineapple or entire yam (type amounts) after being Keto for 30+ days. That's rough.
Generally you want to add 10-15g of carb per day (cumulative) until you break Keto.
I suspect if you carb bombed yourself out of Keto you just drove your blood sugar into the 300's because of physio-insulin resistance. Angry, stressed, caged-animal, maybe hard to breath, tight chest.
You can walk it off, or jog to burn up some of the blood sugar but not much else....
