I have finally found a small farm for raw goat milk and bought a share. I can barely stand it I'm so excited. We're planning on drinking it of course but...I want to make yogurt, ice cream...maybe...cheese? I think there is too little fat for butter.

Anybody care to share their recipes, source for recipes or tips?
