I usually have a bowl of Fage Total Greek yoghurt after my meals and managed to get hold of some vanilla beans which smell amazing, i thought I would combine the 2 and have some delicious creamy vanilla greek yoghurt.
I split the bean and extracted the seeds and put them in the yoghurt, i was disappointed as I couldn't taste any vanilla AT ALL.
Is there a specific process I need to do in order to get the intense vanilla flavour into my greek yoghurt?
