I know I know, our paleolithic ancestors didn't find packs of gum growing on trees, but I grabbed this stuff from the Good Earth store and it looks pretty decent. The ingredients are: Xylitol, gum base, natural flavors, gum arabic, carnauba wax, tocopherols. I've heard that xylitol is one of the better artificial sweeteners, and that it's actually good for your teeth or something. It's tasty gum too. So what do you guys think?

I don't know about that one, I'd worry about the natural flavors, they can hide nasty things in there such as castoreum. I guess it's ok if you have something like mint.

I use glee gum. They do have a xylitol version.

I saw glee gum, but they didn't have the xylitol version at the store. I didn't want to bathe my teeth in sugar :/ And yeah it's mint flavored. They also have pomegranate mint, I'll post the ingredients next time I get it. – Melmac Oct 7 at 18:17
Just looked it up, pomegranate mint is xylitol, gum base, natural flavors, gum arabic, glycerol, malic acid, citric acid, pomegranate powder, carnauba wax, tocopherols. – Melmac Oct 7 at 18:20

Just wanted to confirm that Glee Gum is indeed aspartame free, and available in 2 sugar-free flavors sweetened with 100% xylitol for added dental benefits: Lemon-Lime & Refresh-Mint. If you see them at your local grocer, here is an in-store coupon for you to save 50 cents: http://bit.ly/STW96r
If your local store doesn't carry them yet, these flavors can be purchased in bulk or by the case at GleeGum.com. They are also sold by the pack at NaturalCandyStore.com. Hope you get a chance to try them and enjoy them!
