Hey, I have read a lot of posts with people saying they eat 1000-2000 kcal a day, even thoug they say they do all kind of sports almost every day. But for me it just dosen't add up? It is almost like it is a competition to post how "healthy" one are, and how few calories they can eat a day, and how much they can exercise.
And by reading this i feel almost guilty, eating 2500 kcal a day, when I am a 17 years old male, 182cm tall, and around 63 kg. and "only" working out 4 times a week.
So my questions are: - How many calories do you eat a day? - With stats please :) - And do you think some people underestimate how much they really take in on a day?
