for me it's kale. Since i added kale in my life, my life has dramatically improved in numerous ways.
I would have to say coconut oil has come pretty close. I cook with it. I eat it by the spoonful. I moisturize with it. I treat split ends with it. I'll probably have babies with it
Red meat. Rarely ate it as a kid because my parents never bought it (they were pseudo-vegetarians who thought it was unhealthy), then avoided it as an adult because i have IBS and i was always told it's hard to digest. Now i eat it every day, cannot get enough.
Actually, I can attest to the life-improving qualities of kale, especially raw kale. It makes me feel reeally good, in a completely balanced way. I might go ahead and say that for me it's an anti-depressant.
Kale for me as well.
Apples. Preferably Granny Smith apples. I really think they're the carb I run best on. I don't eat heaps of them or anything, but I might experiment with that.
I do adore kale, bacon, and sardines, too, though. It's a tough choice.
