This is going to sound like a silly question for sure. I have had digestive / gut problems for a while and read somewhere (Robb Wolf perhaps) that taking L-Glutamine powder was good to heal the gut.
My question is, isn't L-Glutamine and amine? like the amines in certain foods that some have problems with? I didn't want to start high doses of L-Glutamine only to find I create more problems with something else
