Hi to all! I would like your help in order to create a diet consiting of meals worth 800 calories!I workout 3 days a week and rest 4!When I rest I am strict,VLC paleo and when I workout I consume about 150gr of carbs,mainly rice or potatoes,in my first postworkout meal!

I try to eat when I am hungry and I try to listen to by body to see what I am hungry for. Going to a prescriptive 800 calorie per meal seems odd to me. Where does the desire to hit 800 come from? |

4 eggs and 6 strips of bacon @ 70 calories each = 700 calories. Throw in 100 calories of veggies sauteed in the bacon grease and you're all set. |
