Hi to all! I would like your help in order to create a diet consiting of meals worth 800 calories!I workout 3 days a week and rest 4!When I rest I am strict,VLC paleo and when I workout I consume about 150gr of carbs,mainly rice or potatoes,in my first postworkout meal!

What do you like to eat? Why not just take what you like to eat and just add up 800 calories worth of it? – Diane Oct 24 at 15:54

I try to eat when I am hungry and I try to listen to by body to see what I am hungry for. Going to a prescriptive 800 calorie per meal seems odd to me. Where does the desire to hit 800 come from?

4 eggs and 6 strips of bacon @ 70 calories each = 700 calories. Throw in 100 calories of veggies sauteed in the bacon grease and you're all set.
