As I love to eat fruit salad consisting of something like 1 Kiwi, 1/2 Mango, 1 wild peach nuts (brazil nuts, almonds or walnuts) and coconut rasps one time per day I'd like to when the best time for this meal is. Usually I get up at 6am, have my breakfast and I'll leave at 6:45. Between breakfast and lunch I will snack lots of green veggie and an apple. I'll then come back from school between 3pm and 5pm and have some lunch. I will then leave again at 5:30 to hit the gym for 1 hour of lifting weights and one hour of kickboxing. Then around 8 I'll have dinner. When I started with the paleo diet I had my fruit salad for breakfast but then after a couple of weeks I switched it to my post-workout meal/dinner. I would then have a small amount of meat and fish for breakfast and a lot of meat with veggies for lunch. But I can't see me benefiting from the cabs at 8pm - 2 hours before I go to bed. Wouldn't it be better to have them before/ during school where I have to concentrate?
