What are you eating most days to meet your macros?
Are you eating lots of fatty meat, or eating moderate fat meat and eggs and then adding fats to them like olive oil, nuts, butter, etc? I'm not quite sure if I'm doing this right. I eat scrambled eggs with fruit in the morning and then salads for lunch and dinner, with a snack in between like a Greek yogurt, fruit, or nuts. THe meats I use are typically canned tuna, salmons, or sardines, grilled chicken, pork, or beef. I don't think these are particularly fatty sources.What do you eat every day to meet your macros?
