  1. drop the last 15 lbs.
  2. get a heavy bag and put in work regularly
  3. take the AKC kettlebell cert
  4. compete at a KB event
  5. unplug every weekend
  6. hunting license and hunting mentor for deer but id love some boar and rabbit
  7. simplify life down to the bare essentials
  8. forage more for edibles
  9. get at least one family member to go paleo

In 2011 I want to ...

...switch to more grass fed meat and organic vegetables.

...get my A1C under 5 (it's 5.2 now)

...start a MEBB type training to work on my strength

...do more than one pullup

...try an elimination diet for dairy for 30 days

Start eating liver; my lifelong gross-factor nemesis.

I was scared of liver. Now I boil it for twenty minutes, blend it in the food processor with onions, butter (a LOT), and chardonnay (just a splash). It's not simply tolerable--it's delicious. I stuff it into chicken thighs or breasts, or stuff it in tomatoes or peppers. – wjones3044 Dec 11 2010 at 15:32

Not really Paleo, but I want to learn to fly! There is a place that will start aerial silks classes soon and I sooo want to learn

My other goals are to get my ref quals passed.
