I have read a few places that the probiotic yougurt (see here) can cause your skin to breakout. While there seems to be a good number of digestive health benefits I wanted to know if there is any validity to this . . . after all I am very self conscious

Some people breakout on dairy, but it can become better overtime if you're off grains and dairy for some time (some theorize that dairy intolerance is a result of grain intolerance). What you can do is to try home-made goat kefir, fermented for 24 hours (for less lactose). Add a bit of RAW honey in it, berries, nuts, and eat. The goat part is because it has a different casein than that of cows, making it easier to tolerate it. And the home-made part is because store-bought kefir is a joke, it doesn't contain all the bacteria/yeasts. I bought my kefir "grain" culture on Amazon. It's super easy to prepare kefir, no special equipment is required. |

If your skin is actively breaking out, you should not be eating any dairy. Not even raw dairy. |

It mainly depends on your skin type, otherwise nothing is bad, only just need to balance it. nubi nubi |
