MDA has great recipes that generally have been tested by his worker bees. They are very well thought out and from my experience taste great. My other fav, though not paleo by definition, is this Korean site and this one. Both are very meat and veg centered with some occassional soy based soup or tofu centered meal that I just ignore. |

hes not totally "paleo" because he eats some grains, but i think for all intents and purposes, he is a hunter and a gatherer and loves food. any paleo eating person will love this blog! "My name is Hank Shaw. I write. I fish. I dig earth, raise plants, live for food and kill wild animals. I drink bourbon, Barolo or Budweiser with equal relish and wish I owned a farm. But most of all I think daily about new ways to cook and eat anything that walks, flies, swims, crawls, skitters, jumps – or grows. I am the omnivore who has solved his dilemma. This is my story. Honest food is what I’m seeking. Nothing packaged, nothing in a box, nothing wrapped in plastic. I eat meat, and I’m not keen on factory farms, so I either hunt it myself or buy it from real people who raise animals humanely. Likewise with vegetables and fruits and grain. I am a fan of farmer’s markets, eating locally and making good food from scratch. If you know how to cook, a good meal doesn’t have to be expensive. I am especially interested in those meats and veggies that people don’t eat much any more, like pigeons or shad or cardoons. I have nothing against good grass-fed beef or a head of lettuce, it’s just that others are doing just fine writing about those foods. I’m trying to walk a less-traveled path. Who the hell am I? I am a former line cook, I’ve caught fish and dug clams for a living and, after 18 years as a political reporter, I now pay the bills writing, catering around Northern California and sometimes as an instructor at Sacramento State University." |

The administrator of PaleoHacks has listed a good number of paleo blogs on the FAQ page. Also, if anyone has any specific recommendations to make, they can submit them here, for the Paleo Resource Directory. |

Lately, this one is my favorite. For good analysis of research, Whole Health Source. For entertaining vitriol, Free the Animal. |

For treats, I have been following Elena's blog, Elena's Pantry She uses almond flour and I always cut the amount of sweetener (agave) she gives (she likes things sweeter than I do :-) ). It's not for everyday food but great to stay mostly on the diet during celebrations (thanksgiving, christmas, etc) She also has a book out and another one coming out soon. |

I'd recommend the Paleogateway's recipe section: http://paleogateway.com/paleorecipes.html It's got a list of links, a recipe feed from the main cooking sites, and a recipe search engine which is quite effective. |

everydaypaleo.com and marksdailyapple.com are both awesome--simple, quick, but creative meals. I snag dinner ideas from these two at least 4 or 5 times a week. (Am I allowed to plug my own...? paleograd.blogspot.com) |

Check out www.nomnompaleo.com. She's a mum doing shift work and taking care of 2 young sons, so the food recipes tend to be big on time-saving. And the pictures always look lovely. |

http://lifeasaplate.com I love AndreAnna's recipes. She does a lot of baked goods, but that's super handy when your husband still thinks that tortillas are healthier than regular bread. Plus, everything of hers that I've tried has actually worked, which I can't always say for other recipes that I've found. http://www.eatprimal.net/ I haven't tried any of the recipes, but the photos are total food porn. |

http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/ chef john is a beast. some of the recipes are paleo by nature, most of the meat dishes can be replicated/subbed out to be paleo. mostly i just watch them for the cooking techniques of different meats, his videos are super good. |

I find this Squidoo lens pretty interesting: www.squidoo.com/paleo-recipe-book-review-update. Even though it's not a blog, it offers some good info. |

One of my favorite Paleo recipes of all time! I am definitely trying out the "Paleo Mama's Infamous Paleo Chili" this week. I just tried this Paleo Bison Chili recipe last week that I found on another Paleo recipe site, http://tinyurl.com/chzcpy2 You should definitely give this one a try! Take care! |
