I don't use any sweeteners. It just gets your body used to tasting sweet. Then you will never get rid of the craving. Now, when I have a piece of fruit it is a real treat - tastes much sweeter because I don't use any sweeteners.
The know stevia and xylitol are the two most mentioned...both are legal on candida diets to, so you know they're more "pure."
But I'd really like to hear this to- beef/vegetable stir fry in fat is getting so boring
