After you make stock from chicken feet, do you have any chicken feet left, or does it all dissolve in the stock?

I looked at some recipes like these, but they dont mention anything about what to do with the feet after you make the stock?

I like to just eat them! They're crunchy and delicious - great on top of salad with some spicy mustard/horseradish for a strong flavor.

I just throw them away. It never occurred to me to eat them..those toenails look pretty formidable!

I throw them away like other bones I can no longer use. I tried nibbling on one - but it does not taste good.

However, in many cultures they are a treat. In Korea they fry them with hot sauce and eat them - but I do not know the recipe, sorry.

My vote is -

Knit lots of little socks to keep them warm...

Once you've used them for stock they're pretty bland and not worth messing with.

If you want to try something different you can take the talons off and fry them in butter with hot chili peppers.

When I was a child I loved sucking all the fat and skin off the chicken feet served right in the soup. But all the years of no chicken feet intervened, and I can't quite bring myself to do it anymore.
