Disclaimer: I'm not really looking to lose weight. At 5'6" and 120 lb, any weight I lose should not exceed 5 lb vanity weight. However I do like the idea of eating cleaner and cutting out processed junk, especially because of how I hear when you eat Paleo, women gain weight in a more traditionally feminine way (from what I read, processed foods basically go to your gut).
But my question is- in my situation, is fruit okay? I've been having a big dose of fruit for breakfast (one banana, one apple, sliced mango, and a smoothie). Since I lift weights I do need substantial calories. But is fruit an "always" food or a "sometimes" food? I love it so much!
